Kristin McMillan – Hair & Tans is a woman-owned small business in a rural community – a combination that speaks to our hearts. Kristin had grown a great following on social media from running her salon over many years, but wasn’t posting regularly or taking advantage of the possibilities. With numerous connections to the surrounding community, we knew an infusion of Kristin’s personality into this digital space could help to expand her connection to customers while moving the business into a new shop.
Big Idea.
After an energetic brainstorm and planning session, we set our sights on reigniting Kristin’s online connection with customers. Our goal was to re-engage existing followers, add new followers and drive new clients into the salon through a new online booking app. Banana Fana Fo Co. handled multiple projects to support Kristin McMillan – Hair & Tans in growing its online presence:
