After run-ins with several marketers that couldn’t get the job done, the Plaza Street Partners team turned to our own for a B2B messaging and design overhaul. Their final Brand Playbook delivered strategic messaging, a stylized brand kit and detailed target customer personas to support the next steps of their marketing journey.

Strategic messaging gave clarity to common brand words, service offerings, brand pillars, value propositions and positioning statements. Each of five personas included target definitions, common hurdles, common opportunities, researched attributes and rally cries for how to speak with them. Finally, the brand kit gave guidance for using the existing logo with a new color palette, graphics, fonts, patterns and photography – giving all new life to the brand’s look and feel.
