The Wellness Within Her day retreat is an annual event that gathers 40 women on the gorgeous grounds of Shamrock Ranch in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Hosted by Anna Alessi (Cycle of Heart) and Emily Ackart (Emily Ackart Fitness), the retreat provides an afternoon of fitness, rejuvenation and self-care. Banana jumped into the 2023 event to provide photography of the entire day. We followed the guests through workouts, reflection, happy hour and dinner – capturing every incredible stage of the day for use in telling their story later.
